Liaisons are highly visible, dedicated volunteers who serve as the Chamber’s primary connection to new members. As the Chamber’s ambassadors, the Liaison Committee plays a vital role in member communication, retention, and networking. They are instrumental in helping new members feel welcomed and engaged. Liaisons meet monthly at various restaurants, fostering both connection and support.
New Member Breakfast
Held quarterly, the New Member Breakfast offers a welcoming opportunity for new members to meet the Chamber's staff, Board Members, and Liaisons. This informal orientation is designed to help members connect with key individuals, learn about the Chamber’s resources, and explore ways to maximize your membership benefits.Programs & Eves

Join us for a dynamic and fast-paced networking event hosted at a Chamber member business location. This is a unique opportunity to meet current and prospective Chamber members, exchange business cards, and connect with potential clients. The event features a speed networking format that helps maximize your time and connections.
Ribbon Cutting / Groundbreaking
As a Chamber member, you are eligible for a Ribbon Cutting or Ground Breaking event to celebrate your business milestone. These events are an excellent way to gain exposure for your business and attract attention from local media, Chamber members, and the community.
Leadership Madison County
This program is designed to cultivate and develop potential leaders for Madison County. Open to individuals who live or work in Madison County. Through a selective application and selection process, participants embark on a nine-month journey that explores the diverse opportunities, challenges, and resources that Madison County offers.
Law Enforcement Appreciation Week
The Madison County Chamber partners with local city chambers and the Madison County business League and Foundation during the third week of May to honor and show appreciation for the dedicated officers serving across Madison County.
Chamber University (CU)
The Chamber University is a professional development series where members are given the opportunity to attend a breakfast/lunch event in which they discuss a topic or trend in the field of business. Typically held once a quarter.
5:05 After Hours Network
Join us for a relaxed and informal After Hours Networking Event at a Chamber member business locations. This is a great opportunity to connect and build valuable relationships in a relax setting. The first Tuesday of every other month excluding July.
Paddler’s Party
The Paddler’s Party is a lively pre-event celebration that has grown into a must-attend occasion of its own! Held before our Dragon Boat Regatta race, this fun-filled evening features a paddle decorating contest, live music, a full bar, and delicious food. You do not need to be a paddler to attend – everyone is welcome to join in the festivities and support the event. Ticketed event.
The Dragon Boat Regatta is the Chamber’s annual celebration of teamwork, tradition, and community. This week-long event culminates on race day, where teams go head-to-head in thrilling dragon boat races. Onshore, a free festival features music, a kids' zone, and a variety of food vendors, creating a fun atmosphere for the whole family. Held in April each year.

Whether you're an avid golfer or a casual player, this event offers a great opportunity to network and have fun! The Chamber hosts its Annual Golf Tournament at the picturesque Lake Caroline Golf Club.
