Leadership Madison County (LMC) is the Madison County Chamber's leadership development program. This nine-month experience is designed to cultivate emerging and existing leaders who live and/or work in Madison County, including the communities of Canton, Flora, Gluckstadt, Madison, and Ridgeland.
Through a series of immersive, day-long sessions, participants gain a behind-the-scenes look at the county's key sectors. These sessions explore areas such as education, local and state government, law and public safety, agriculture, business, and economic development. By deepening their understanding of the community and building strong professional connections, participants leave the program better equipped to lead and make a meaningful impact in Madison County.
